Repair

Our OMEN products are durable companions that can withstand some wear and tear due to their high quality. However, over time, damage or signs of wear are often unavoidable. To help you continue enjoying your favorite items, we offer a repair service.

You can visit our Stores Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and conduct an initial assessment with our staff. Please note that the repair service is only available for OMEN products. Depending on the extent of the repair, we will then provide you with a non-binding cost estimate.

Due to high demand, there may currently be longer waiting times. Please understand that all repairs are done by hand and therefore take more time.
