Please return the goods no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of the withdrawal from the contract, e.g., by using our sample withdrawal form or by email to shop@thomasipunkt.de. The deadline is also met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires to KG Thomas i Punkt Modelle Handelsgesellschaft mbH & Co.

Returns within Germany are free of charge for goods valued at €299.00 or more.

Returns must be made using the same shipping company as the delivery. Please feel free to contact us by phone or email, and we will send you a corresponding return label. Please provide your order number with all inquiries. You can find the order number in the order confirmation email or on your delivery note.

Returns for orders under €299.00 and outside Germany are paid and organized by the buyer. We recommend returning the goods with the same shipping company as the delivery. We accept no liability for the delivery by the chosen shipping provider and recommend choosing an insured shipping method.

  • All returned items must be in perfect condition, especially unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Tags have not been removed.
  • Product packaging, such as protective bags for shoes, belts, jewelry, and bags, as well as shoe boxes, are part of the ordered goods. Therefore, they must be returned or handed over to us and must also be in perfect condition. Please refrain from using these as outer packaging for returns. Please ensure adequate protection with suitable outer packaging. Personalized items are excluded from exchange.
  • You can drop off your return for handover to logistics at our stores. Acceptance of the goods there does not imply acknowledgment of your complaints or confirmation that the returned goods are the ones sent to you and are free from deterioration. A corresponding inspection takes place only in the logistics of thomasipunkt.de.
  • A refund on site or credit towards goods from one of our stores is not possible.

Refund of the purchase price

The money for the items you return will be refunded exclusively via your original payment method. Please understand that for security reasons, we cannot refund to other accounts or credit cards.

After receiving your return, we will promptly process and inspect it in the logistics of thomasipunkt.de to refund your money as soon as possible on the same day, but no later than 14 days after receipt of your return. Please note that delays may occur due to different banks.
