All items purchased at thomasipunkt.de can be exchanged within the legally granted withdrawal period (14 days) without providing a reason.

Please contact our customer service for availability and reservation and request a return label. We kindly ask you to comply with the return conditions in this case as well.

Please note that an exchange is only possible for the same item in a different size. An exchange for a different item is not possible. In this case, please return the item to be exchanged and order the desired item anew.
