All deliveries shipped by thomasipunkt.de are insured against theft and accidental damage. If you arrange a separate delivery agreement with the shipping company, please observe the shipping company's independent terms.

For partial shipments, shipping costs are charged only once.

About process and ship orders during our general business hours. These are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. If available, the goods will be ready to ship no later than one business day after payment is received. Delivery times may vary during high workload periods.

Germany

Within Germany, DHL Standard shipping is free for orders over €299.00.

International

The shipping cost portion is a flat rate and is shown exclusive of taxes for customers from third countries. Shipping to Russia is not possible. Within the EU (excluding Norway, Switzerland, Cyprus), UPS Standard shipping is free for orders over €399.00.

Please note that shipping to non-EU countries may incur import VAT, customs duties, and/or processing fees for you.

Shipping Restrictions

Shipping restrictions for certain countries may occur at short notice; we try to inform you as early as possible. Currently, shipping to Russia and Africa (excluding South Africa) is not possible. Perfumes can only be shipped within the EU.

Tracking

With DHL shipping, you receive tracking by email and can thus use the delivery on demand service:

• Plan delivery yourself
• Neighborhood delivery
• Pickup at a DHL Express Service Point
• Alternative delivery address

Packstation

Delivery by DHL to a Packstation within Germany is generally possible. Large packages that do not fit into your rented parcel locker may need to be picked up at a Deutsche Post Store, a parcel shop, or a DHL Express depot. Using DHL Packstations is not possible with the shipping methods "UPS Standard" or "UPS Express."

Customs duties and taxes

Customs duties and taxes within the EU

For all goods shipped within the European Union, no additional taxes or customs duties are due. The item prices and shipping costs include the applicable VAT and are therefore quoted as gross prices.

EU member states

Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, and Hungary.

Customs duties and taxes for non-EU member states

If your main residence is in a third country and we deliver the goods to the corresponding address, you always pay the net amount at thomasipunkt.de. Import VAT as well as any applicable customs duties or processing fees must be paid separately to our service partner (e.g., DHL Express, Airport Courier, Federal Express). Please note that we cannot refund these costs in the event of a return of the items.
